Jay Valko has been training in BJJ for over ten years and has won numerous titles and championships. He has run a successful school since March 2007 and has built a reputation as one of the most well respected instructors in the Midwest. Valko BJJ also offers Judo, boxing, muay thai and wrestling.

Join Sprout Fitness for small – group pre- and postnatal fitness classes and one-on-one personal training. Expectant and new moms learn safe and challenging core, strength, and cardio exercises tailored to their ability level, ensuring everyone is challenged regardless of fitness experience. Prenatal women benefit from exercises that help prepare for labor and delivery as well as build strength to carry their baby. Postnatal women learn how to build back their core and pelvic floor muscles, lose the baby weight, build muscles to prevent injury, and have fun while meeting other moms. Classes are 55 minutes long.
